The methods, explained simply

What would you like to understand?

01 · Lactate testing

Find guidance
for your training pace.

€149.99 per test

Duration: 1-1.5 hours

During an incremental lactate test, running speed increases in stages. Small blood samples show how your blood lactate concentration changes at different speeds.

Lactate readings, heart rate and your perception of effort help build a fuller picture. The analysis can guide your training intensities, from easy running to harder efforts.

Training zones offer guidance. The test method, how you feel and perform on the day and the conditions all inform the interpretation.

02 · vLaMax field test

Add another view
of your performance.

€99.99 per test

Duration: approx. 1 hour

Want to understand how your body responds to short, very intense efforts? A vLaMax test adds another perspective to your performance profile.

A short all-out run and lactate measurements provide the starting point. We discuss the result in relation to your target distance and other performance data.

The value is an estimate and depends on the test procedure. A higher or lower result is not inherently better.
