New personal bests.

A working father and ambitious marathon runner: in 2025, Andreas improves his personal best from 3:00:18 to 2:46:22 hours in his mid-thirties. Just under ten months after we began working together.

The progress continues in 2026: Andreas runs another marathon personal best of 2:42:30 in Berlin.

  1. The previous personal best

    3:00:18 hours over the marathon distance. This is Andreas’ personal best before we started working together.

  2. Our work together begins

    Andreas and I begin our coaching partnership. He brings his experience as a marathon runner alongside his commitments to family and work.

  3. The breakthrough: Frankfurt

    2:46:22 hours, improving his previous personal best by 13:56. Andreas achieves this breakthrough at the Frankfurt Marathon, just under ten months after we started working together.

  4. The next step: 2:42:30

    After his breakthrough in Frankfurt, Andreas keeps progressing. An official finish time of 2:42:30 in Berlin takes another 3:52 off his marathon personal best.

    A total improvement of 17:48 compared with his 2024 personal best.
